Bank account or credit card information such as account number, name of account holder or expiration date need never be provided to us and will not be requested by us. We do not directly process credit card or bank account transactions for you but instead allow you to use the secure services of PayPal.com in order to authorize payments and subscriptions for our services on your behalf.

Any personal information you provide to us will not knowingly be released, sold or rented to any individuals or entities outside of Jetstream Servers except as may be required by law or for the purposes of providing requested hosting services or maintaining existing hosting services and the support thereof.

Jetstream will never use any personal information you provide to solicit you. Jetstream Servers does not maintain a mailing list and hereby undertakes never to “spam”, send unsolicited commercial email, send unsolicited commercial postal mail or make unsolicited commercial telephone calls.

Our clients renting game or voice servers or collocation facilities from us will have access to their server’s logs that will contain information such as IP addresses, nicknames and any messages typed while on their server, including private messages. Typically clients review these logs in order to locate individuals causing problems by using game cheats or offensive language or to search for persons trying to disrupt games, deliberately flood servers, crash servers or otherwise be a nuisance in order to ban these individuals from accessing their server or report them to the appropriate authority. Jetstream is not responsible for our clients actions in reviewing their logs so we advise visitors to our client’s rented servers to use appropriate caution when sharing personal information.

While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to Jetstream Servers and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information. In addition, other Internet sites or services that may be accessible through our rented servers or collocation facilities have separate data and privacy practices independent of us, and therefore we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions.
